The Village of Random Lake, Wisconsin

The banners lining our streets simply say it best... "Welcome". 

Established by hard-working, industrious people in 1907, the Village of Random Lake has evolved over the past one hundred years into a prosperous community of 1,600, strategically located in south-central Sheboygan County.  It surrounds the picturesque 209 acre Random Lake — the second largest lake in Sheboygan County.

The best of what we have, might be what we don’t have... there are no stoplights, parking meters, billboards, nor any strip malls.  You will not find any “fast food”—just good food, prepared with tender loving care, and always served with a smile.

Plus, while Random Lake is the first large lake north of Milwaukee, its scenic shoreline is ringed with well-kept homes, manicured parkland, and environmental corridors—no resorts or commercial developments (we think you’ll find that kind of unique, and neat).  Recreational opportunities abound—boating, swimming, water skiing, and, most notably, fishing for trophy-sized musky.

The Village and its Chamber of Commerce are poised for the Highway 57 corridor northward growth.  Random Lake boasts of its excellent schools (and their perennial power in prep football, baseball & wrestling), outstanding library, prosperous business park, active churches, modern infrastructure, attractive neighborhoods and waterfront.  Beyond natural beauty, it offers visitors and residents alike charming restaurants, cozy taverns, and nearly 80 other small businesses. And, it is home to one of America’s largest printing firms, the 450-employee Times Printing Co., Inc.
