Random Lake Improvement Trust Fund

Trustees of this fund "may receive and accept property, whether real, personal, or mixed"...holds, administer and dispose of same "in accordance with and pursuant to the provisions of the Declaration of Trust to produce an annual flow of income to be used to improve the quality of the waters of Random Lake and the adjacent public recreational facilities."
