The Random Lake Chamber of Commerce is seeking a dynamic and community-minded Executive Director to lead the organization and support the growth and success of local businesses. This paid, part-time position offers a unique opportunity to play a key role in economic development, community engagement, and business advocacy within the Random Lake area.

The Executive Director provides both strategic leadership and hands-on management of the Chamber’s operations. Working closely with the Board of Directors, this role helps guide the Chamber’s vision, strengthen membership, oversee financial health, and serve as the organization’s primary ambassador in the community. Responsibilities include managing day-to-day operations, coordinating programs and events, leading marketing and communication efforts, and building strong relationships with members, partners, and local stakeholders.

This position is ideal for a self-motivated professional who is comfortable working independently, managing multiple priorities, and engaging with a wide range of community members. Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills are essential, along with experience in business, nonprofit management, or a related field.
